Fancy Dress ticket refunds will have no impact on the Fancy Dress Committee’s budget for next year.

“We got refunds from the band and the event production company due to the circumstances, which is why we are not in any bad financial standing going into next year,”  said Sarah Sanchez, ‘20, one of the three Fancy Dress chairs.

The Business Office began refunding students who paid via swipe the week of March 25. Some students who paid via Venmo may still be waiting for their refund.

Half packages will receive a $50 refund and full packages will receive a $90 refund, according to an email from Director of Student Activities, Kelsey Goodwin.

The amount of the refund covered the ticket price, but the committee was unable to refund money for memorabilia. Students will still receive all memorabilia that came with their package.

“We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience with us as we work with the business office and conclude getting people’s money back to them,” Sanchez said.
